2019 Biodynamic Shiraz
Our 2019 Shiraz was hand picket, basket pressed and allowed to ferment using wild yeasts and minimal intervention. Brilliantly intense ruby hues precede a tantalising bouquet of strawberries, blackcurrant, ripe plym and black pepper & spice. It has a rich, textural palate with flavours of raspberry & strawberry jam, stewed cherries with just a touch of black peper and dried herb at the end. A delightful wine with a wonderful length and palate.
